Project Manager & Site Agent (Civil) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, €Neg, Tax Free + Accom ICDS have been retained by one of the top 3 contractors in the Middle East to recruit the above. You are will join the team managing the construction of this new city quarter, The Financial District, which will include several towers and associated civil engineering works/structures like: - Access roads off the main motorway
- Grade separated junctions
- Tunnels (vehicle and pedestrian)
- Multi-storey car parks (over & underground)
- Link bridges between towers
You will have several years experience on similar projects coupled with relevant third level qualification. Ideally a background with main contractors with proven track record in - Structures/Concrete Frame
- Road/Pedestrian Bridges
- Major Earthworks
- Underground Construction/Tunnelling
- Over passes/under passes
Must have the ability to manage a team of site engineers, foremen QS’s and major projects with emphasis on safe and efficient construction at all times. As this vacancy is immediate our client are in a position to conduct interview shortly. |
