Job Description:
Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer
Position purpose
To lead, plan, organise and control the technical aspects of Projects including the development, implementation and control of project plans.
Accountabilities

Contribute to a culture of "Safety + Health above all elseProject DeliveryContribute to the delivery of Project/s on time, within budget and quality standards,Project Coordination
Ensure the satisfactory implementation of the project management system, Reporting
Ensure comprehensive records are established and maintained to assist decision making, including:
* reporting through agreed reporting lines on project progress and stage assessments
* preparing and issuing site instructions
* preparing and issuing product/documentation for approval by client in accordance with contract
* preparing monthly reports against Plan, identifying variations and corrective action, if required
* Reporting to a quality standard in a timely fashion
Planning
Contribute to the development and delivery of Project Management Plan/s,
Business Relationships
Provide responsive engineering services to relevant stakeholders including:
* maintaining productive relationships with the Project Team, client representatives, sub-contractors, foreman, consultants and the community
* delivering engineering services that meet the needs of relevant stakeholders
* where appropriate, liaising with the client's representative on engineering matters
* managing statutory authorities
* Relevant stakeholders express satisfaction with relationships and functional output
Teamwork
Participate and contribute to an effective and productive team, Key role relationships

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Experience:
At least 3 years post graduate construction experience
Package
Basic salary: ranges from E80K pa to E100K pa depending upon experience.
Site allowance: 35-40% of Basic salary
Superannuation (pension) contribution
Total package: E120K - E140K
Rosters in the bush are generally 21 days onsite followed by 7 days R + R
