An opportunity has arisen for a Project Contracts Administrator with an
International Contractor in the Middle East who have a proven track record
for delivering large and challenging civil / infrastructure projects on
schedule within budget and to a very high standard or quality.
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 10 years experience as Quantity Surveyor.
Main tasks are developing, implementing, monitoring cost control
mechanism for the contracts including financial statements, document
control procedures, reviewing and verifying all contract documentation,
preparing responses to contractual correspondences received from client
and third parties. Well versed with required computer packages +
Primavera will be an added advantage.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skill set. TAX FREE
