About the Division: Our Engineering Construction Division provides large scale, multi-disciplinary project management and construction services to the oil and gas and resources sectors. We are currently experiencing phenomenal growth, which has been built on a solid reputation for delivering quality work, providing reliable services and developing long-term customer relationships.

About the Role: We have a number of opportunities for experienced, highly motivated Senior HSE Advisor's to join us on major resource's projects across Western Australia where you can develop your career whilst enjoying the many benefits of living in Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of the onsite safety team as well as effectively implementing site safety management systems. These roles are supported by a large organisational HSE network.

Requirements: The successful applicants will be extremely motivated, solution orientated problem solvers who want to work with the best. You will be able to demonstrate the following:


- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role leading HSE teams

- Cert IV OHS or equivalent (mandatory), a Cert IV Training and Assessing will also be highly regarded.

- Solid experience in applying HSE management systems within a construction environment including monitoring compliance.

- Effective verbal communications skills and the ability to build effective relationships within work teams and clients.

- The ability to motivate others to work safely and promote a positive safety culture, experience applying behavioural safety programs

- Proven experience and the ability to lead serious incident investigation teams and ensure effective application of lessons learned.
