Contracts Manager/Operations Director Civil Engineering, Ireland €Neg + Executive Package ICDS have been retained to recruit a senior civil engineering contracts manager who has the ability to deliver projects of national importance coupled with medium sized roads, WWTW and pipelines. This is a senior position, reporting to the MD, with a top tier main contractor who has been responsible for the delivery of many of Ireland’s major infrastructural projects over the recent decades. Desirable: - Degree qualified with several years at senior management level in civil engineering
- Road and/or motorway experience coupled with generic civil works
- Business development skills, knowledge of PPP and presentations
- Ability to assist with tendering, bid submissions, project management
- Business acumen in relation to pricing, costing and financial performance of jobs
- Proven track record of project delivery within main contracting organisations
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently
