Their competencies span all technical disciplines applying to engineering, construction, validation, start-up, optimisation and reconstruction of facilities for product development and production plants, pilot plants and laboratories.
Job Description:
Your main responsibility is to lead and manage Projects and Programs through good leadership and management skills. This is to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within the agreement of the program or project.
You will be responsible for taking large and/or complex projects for the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries all the way from definition of the client's value proposition through design, construction and qualification.
Profile:
A confident Project Manager with fluent English and excellent interpersonal skills as well as a strong Business ethic.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years working experience in project management.
Minimum 5 years working experience in a senior leadership position.
Master or bachelor degree in engineering or similar background.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects.
Solid knowledge of and experience from the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, food or chemical industries or similar international projects
Fluent in written and verbal English.
Project Management Certification is preferable.

Package:
Basic salary: ranges from RMB 30K to 40K pm depending upon experience. |
