About the Division: Our Engineering Construction Division provides large scale, multi-disciplinary project management and construction services to the oil and gas and resources sectors. About the Role: We have a number of opportunities for experienced, highly motivated Heavy Lift Crane Operators to join us on major resource projects across Western Australia where you can develop your career whilst enjoying the many benefits of living in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of various cranes including Crawlers and all Terrain Hydraulics with a tonnage up to 1000t. The successful applicant will also engage in rigging duties to assist the Heavy Lift Team to achieve the highest results in safety, project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements: The successful applicants will be extremely motivated, problem solvers who want to work with the best. Our Company needs enthusiastic, confident team members, who enjoy the dynamics of large projects and have a strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment. You will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum of 10 yrs experience as a crane operator in the heavy lift industry.
- Proven industry experience using heavy lift rigging systems.
- A proven capability working on multiple heavy lift industrial and construction projects and/or oil and gas petro chemical projects in the resources, energy or infrastructure industries would be highly regarded.
- Experience working with cranes including but not limited to; Crawlers up to 1000t and all Terrain Hydraulic Cranes up to 500t including superlift and MAX-er attachments.
- Project experience with the erecting, dismantling and reconfiguration of multiple cranes.
