Job Description:
* Lead Architect to take responsibility for one of a number of high end office block developments within a state of the art complex in the Shanghai, Pudong district.
* Oversee Design Institute (DI) on architectural design work.
* Review the design philosophy, standards and codes including Chinese standards and ASME standards.
* Work with DI and solve problems if necessary
* Review drawings + reports
* Help solve any problems during the design + construction phases
Requirements:
* Minimum 15 years' experience in Architecture, with at least 4 - 6 years CDI experience
* Must be very flexible and willing to take on a variety of different projects
* Experience on high end office developments or lab facilities is preferred
* A good working knowledge of English is required
* Fluent Mandarin
Package
Basic salary from 25,000 to 35,000RMB per month
13th month annual bonus
