Job Title: Design Engineer - Instrumentation + Controls Engineer Location Dublin

Services include scientific and specialty consulting as well as all aspects of engineering and construction, operations and maintenance.
Job Description: * Specification of field process instrumentation, in particular for sanitary applications in bio-pharma or micro-electronics industries * Technical bid evaluation of bids received for above instrumentation * I + C input into specification and procurement of process equipment packages with particular emphasis on the following: Specification of user requirements for integration of package control systems into site-wide automation system Specification of general instrumentation requirements for package equipment items Technical bid evaluation versus above requirements Technical document review FAT attendance * Specification of SCADA-based process control system hardware, Stratus fault-tolerant servers, remote-PC OIT's for installation in GMP areas, barcode scanners and barcode printers * Development of System Architecture drawings, block cable diagrams, instrument hook-up drawings, termination schedules, layout drawings, scope of work documentation etc., for compilation into a construction package for issue to I + C contractor
Requirements: To be successful in this role you will require: * Technical qualifications to third level or equivalent * I + C engineer with prior pharma/biotech experience. * Familiarity with Sterile Plant Environments
Package: Rate: ?35-45/hour Duration: 6 months +
