Client Profile:
Our Client has been engaged in professional engineering and consulting services for customers all over the world for several decades. In fact, they are the largest international engineering and consulting company that specialises in pharma and biotech.
Their competencies span all technical disciplines applying to engineering, construction, validation, start-up, optimisation and reconstruction of facilities for product development and production plants, pilot plants and laboratories.
The client is one of the world's largest automation providers with some 300 highly skilled automation engineers worldwide. The position will have reference to the Danish automation organisation.

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and flexible person. The ideal candidate must be target driven and have the ability to understand client's customers' needs. You can work independently and take initiative but still be a team player when working with client's Chinese office and other of their offices around the world.

A good understanding of the professional services and/or engineering business with the business skills to drive improved profitability is critical. A general knowledge of production issues related to the life science industry will also be an advantage.

Candidates must have sales experience which includes all aspects of sales: market canvassing, follow-up, presentations, preparation of proposals, contract negotiations and on-going customer relationship management. If you have already established a network in the life science industry in China this will be an advantage.

Qualification:
* Minimum a Bachelor degree in a related engineering field or sales + marketing, and preferable a Master degree in a related field.
* More than 10 years' sales experiences in engineering companies.
* Broad engineering knowledge and biotechnology or pharmaceutical understanding.
* Excellent Sales/Marketing promotion and presentation skills.
* Excellent skills in customer relation and contract negotiations.
* Excellent skills in reporting and systematic analysis.
* Excellent business sense.
* You must have a pleasant personality that motivates your surroundings.
* You must be ambitious and be willing to go the extra mile.
* Fluent in English and Chinese

Salary Package
Salary is 20K-30K RMB per month, negotiable based on past experience
