Your Role- . A multi tasker who can achieve high volume recruitment in a time pressured/ demanding environment.
1. To take a leading role in achieving or exceeding the monthly average of new employees to be recruited for the Divisions you are assigned to as Recruitment Manager
2.. To manage, control and administer the overseas and local recruitment and selection activities in order to attract the right candidate that meets business requirements, by effective manpower planning, effective communication and coordination with internal & external customers and recruitment sources as well, in addition to developing HR recruitment & selection process.
3. To take a leading role in identifying, improving and implementing new systems for the department.
4. To be IT/Systems specialist/ developer/advisor to the Recruitment Department.
5.. Responsible for efficient web-cam facility and appraising Group Recruitment Manager of ongoing Technology developments which provide cost effective solutions to Recruitment Department practices.
6. To take charge of the Recruitment Department, in the absence of the Group Recruitment Manager.
7.. Along with the Group Recruitment Manager, take responsibility for Identifying the correct Visa numbers, job titles and nationalities required to cover the annual needs of the client.
Your Experience:
Working experience not less than 5 years in Recruitment or HR related function. Ideally you will have worked as an ‘in house’ recruiter handling volume recruitment [ over 1,000 heads per annum] or as an external Recruitment Agency Manager with high volume team targets and tough KPI’s to achieve.
Desirable responsibilities
A minimum of 3 years experience in recruiting expatriates from overseas or clear HR/ management capability by virtue of your prior 3years + experience to handle such a role within a computerized office environment dealing with database management and spreadsheets,
